TO MAKE WAFFLES YOU NEED TO:

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together milk and eggs in another bowl, then stir in melted butter or oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Grease or butter a waffle iron and cook the batter until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve the waffles hot or keep them warm in a 250°F oven.
